One Company - three Branch offices

In cases like geographicaly distributed companies, or companies with more than one offices,
there is always the need to communicate better and cheaper.

Most of the time, the same company have the need to communicate with their respective associates
with the minimum cost.

On the same matter, some of their associates can be located in a diferrent geographical location,
or even in a diferrent country.

This scenario concerns, most of the times, the majority of companies. In a case like this,
abax can provide the client/associate the Easy IP-Phone solution.
With Easy IP-Phone (see schematic diagram), the client can use such a system on his/her everyday
work and cut day by day costs to a minimum.

By using Easy IP-Phone, the client can, literally, bring together two or more office branches
and make them function as if they where one. For the systems' end-users there is no noticable
difference.

As shown in the diagram, a call make from Corfu, Greece to Prague, Czech Republic can have zero cost
for the company, since the routing of the call goes from the VoIP BPX. Someone who wants to make
a call to Corfu or Zante from Prague will have no cost for the company.
In the same fashion, for no cost, someone could phone Prague from Zante, Prague could call Zante, Zante
could call Corfu, Corfu could call Prague etc.
It is possible that the company would like to make a call-conference, bringing all three points of
presence (or more) together. Again, possible at no cost.

In addition to the solutions given internally, the same company and its points of presence can make a
phone call to a third party outside the company, anywhere in the world. On the same issue, a third
caller can make a phone call to the company from his/her PC or third-party VoIP provider at minimum cost.
